Please allow us to introduce ourselves. Alliance Pain Center is an out patient facility, that treats chronic pain. We strive to achieve the best medical care for our patients. We want all our patients to feel comfortable with our entire staff in a professional environment. Our facility has grown significantly since Dr. Vogelgesang, M.D., started practice in 1992.
We meet each patient on their first appointment to become familiar with their individual chronic pain concerns. We will then discuss a plan to assist each patient with the best plan of pain management care for them. There are several ways to practice pain management which include; epidural injections, nerve blocks, intra-articular injections, spinal cord stimulator treatment, and intrathecal pump treatment, etcetera.
